Rent is due on the 1st of the month and tenants have until the 5th to pay. If the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday it will be due the following business day.

There will be a $25 late for all past due charges.

As a part of our commitment to providing healthy units to the tenants, we conduct inspections of the units, buildings, and grounds on the 4th Monday of the month.

Come to the office to pick up the application or download the application to print and fill out. Be sure to bring appropriate documentation with the application. The application takes about 2 weeks to process.

Our hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on all federal holidays as well as election days.
